I. Consider the distribution of a Commercial Solid Waste Service Survey to solicit input from City businesses. (Hevener) Recommendation: 1) Review the proposed Commercial Solid Waste Survey prepared by Staff and its solid waste consultant MSW Consultants; and, 2) If deemed acceptable, authorize Staff to distribute the proposed Commercial Solid Waste Service Survey to solicit input from City businesses between September 16, 2026 and October 2, 2026.
