F. APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RSG, INC. FOR THE LAS TUNAS CORRIDOR STRATEGY The City Council is requested to approve a Professional Services Agreement for the Las Tunas Corridor Strategy. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement (Attachment A) with RSG, Inc. to prepare the Las Tunas Corridor Strategy for a base amount not to exceed $83,000, with a $5,000 contingency, for a total authorized amount not to exceed $88,000; and 2.
