E. APPROVAL OF A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES WITH DISABILITY ACCESS CONSULTANTS, LLC TO COMPLY WITH AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES (ADA) ACT REQUIREMENTS The City Council is requested to approve a consulting services agreement for digital accessibility services to comply with American with Disabilities Act requirements. Recommendation: 1. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with Disability Access Consultants, LLC to provide digital accessibility services for compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Consultant Services Agreement in an amount not to exceed $24,000. 3. Attachment: Staff Report (PDF)
