(80) 26-1309 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Maria de Lourdes Figueroa v. City of Los Angeles, et. al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24SMCV01447. (This matter arises from a March 31, 2022, traffic incident at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Hillcrest Drive, in Beverly Hills, California.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on September 15, 2026.)
