(81) 25-0317 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section No. 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Bruce Watts, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 23STCV06472. (This matter arises from a July 14, 2022 incident involving a medical emergency in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Closed Session on September 15, 2026.)
