(26) 26-1313 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER - NAZARIAN) relative to funding for repair services at the Warner Grand Theatre within Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER $53,717 from MICLA Fund 298, Department 50, Account No. 50ATG T (Warner Grand Theatre) to the Department of General Services (GSD) Account for repair services at the Warner Grand Theatre within Council District 15, as noted in the Motion, attached to the Council file. 2. AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services (GSD) be authorized to make any corrections, clarifications, or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/clarifications/changes may be made orally, electronically, or by any other means.
