(31) 26-1325 CD4 MOTION (RAMAN - BLUMENFIELD) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds, in an amount not to exceed $275,000,000 to finance and/or refinance all or a portion of the costs of, or reimbursing prior expenditures related to, the acquisition of and/or construction, improvement, furnishing and equipping of capital projects at the Borrower's elder care facilities known as Merrill Gardens at Studio City, located at and in the vicinity of 4024 Colfax Avenue in Council District 4. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on August 26, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $275,000,000 to finance and/or refinance all or a portion of the costs of, or reimbursing prior expenditures related to, the acquisition of and/or construction, improvement, furnishing and equipping of capital projects at the Borrower's elder care facilities known as Merrill Gardens at Studio City, located at and in the vicinity of 4024 Colfax Avenue in Council District 4.
