(21) 26-1107 CD6 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - JURADO) relative to amending the prior Council action of September 1, 2026, Council file No. 26-1107, relative to the temporary repair of the Encino Franklin Fields Bridge. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council Action of September 1, 2026, relative to the Public Works (PW) Committee report relative to the temporary repair of the Encino Franklin Fields Bridge (Council file No. 26- 1107), to adopt the following in lieu of Recommendation No. 1 of the PW Committee report with the changes indicated below to update the fund transfer instructions as the Bureau of Sanitation will utilize on- call contractors to implement repairs: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $290,000 from the Engineering Special Services Fund No. 682/50, Available Cash Balance, to Stormwater Pollution Abatement Fund No. 511/50, Account No. 50E387 (On Call Contradors - Emergency Funds) for the Bureau of Sanitation to complete the temporary repair of the Franklin Fields Bridge in Council District 6.
