(28) 26-1046 CD 10 MOTION (HUTT - PRICE) relative to amending prior Council actions to funding for expenses associated with the Caribbean Festival. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council action of August 4, 2026, relative to amending the prior Council action of August 25, 2026 , regarding transfer and appropriation of an additional $10,000 in the Council District 10 portion of the Cultural Affairs Fund No. 100-30, Account No. 96999council Civic Fund) to the General Purposes Fund No. 100-56, Account No. 0708 (CD 8 Community Services), for a new total of $20,200, and that the funds be utilized therefrom for expenses associated with the Caribbean festival, currently being provided by Purpose Driven Solutions Consulting under City Contract C-201360.
