Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE, dated September 16, 2026, adding a new Chapter 194 to Division 5 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code to establish the Measure A Homelessness Fund and authorize the acceptance, receipt, retention, appropriation, and expenditure of funds received by the City of Los Angeles pursuant to the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing, Homelessness Solutions, and Prevention Now Transactions and Use Tax Ordinance (Measure A).
