(67) 26-1236 COMMUNICATION FROM THE MEASURE W - SAFE, CLEAN WATER PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (Measure W - AOC) relative to various actions regarding Design funding applications to the Round 8 (Fiscal Year 2027/28) Regional Call for Projects of the Safe, Clean Water Program (SCWP), and related matters: Recommendations for Council action: 1. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS), with concurrence of the City Administrative Officer (CAO), Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), and Mayor's Office, to revise and reissue two Letters of Non-Objection into Initial Letters of Support for the following Design funding applications to the Round 8 (Fiscal Year 2027/28) Regional Call for Projects of the SCWP: a. Pacoima Wash Greenway Community Green Infrastructure (Council District Seven) - Pacoima Beautiful (Design application) b. Fern Dell Restoration and Stormwater Capture Project (Council District Four) - Friends of Griffith Park (Design application) 2. AUTHORIZE the BOS, with concurrence of the CAO, CLA, and Mayor's Office, to revise and reissue one Letter of Non- Objection for Pacoima Beautiful due to the project title changing from the "Canoga Park Project" to "John Quimby Park & De Soto Avenue Stormwater Capture Project". 3. AUTHORIZE the BOS, with concurrence of the CAO, CLA, and Mayor's Office, to correct any clerical or technical errors in the above Letters of Initial Support and Letter of Non-Objection in order to implement the above recommendations. Fiscal Impact Statement: The Measure W - AOC reports that the there is no fiscal impact to the General Fund from approval of the recommendations in this report as the action is administrative only.
