8. AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) NO. 26-07 BETWEEN THE MONTEBELLO HISTORICAL SOCIETY AND THE CITY OF MONTEBELLO RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Authorize Execution of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) NO. 26-07 with the Montebello Historical Society; and, 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
