10. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-67 AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A FULL APPLICATION FOR THE SAN GABRIEL AND LOWER LOS ANGELES RIVERS AND MOUNTAINS CONSERVANCY CONSOLIDATED GRANT PROGRAM RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-67 authorizing submission of a full application for the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy Consolidated Grant Program; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to conduct all negotiations and execute and submit all documents reasonably necessary to complete the grant application process; and 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
