7. APPROVAL OF CITY-OWNED BILLBOARD POLICY RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the City-Owned Billboard Policy establishing guidelines, procedures and fees for the use of City- owned billboards, including City messaging, commercial advertising, local nonprofit organization events, and local public educational institution notifications; and 2. Approve the updated Parks and Recreation Fee Schedule, incorporating the billboard policy fees effective as of the approval of the billboard policy; and, 3. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
