6. ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-59 APPROVING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-59 approving the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER); and authorize the City Manager, or his or her designee to submit the report to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and 2. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
