11D. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - DIGESTER NO. 2 STRUCTURAL AND MECHANICAL REHABILITATION Potential Action(s) If the City Council concurs with the recommendations contained in this staff report, moving this item without modifications would result in adoption of Resolution No. 26-162, which would: 1. Accept the Digester No. 2 Structural and Mechanical Rehabilitation, CIP Project No. 12204, from the contractor, Vicon Enterprise, Inc. 2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the completed Digester No. 2 Structural and Mechanical Rehabilitation. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Payment Bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the Contractor, Vicon Enterprise, Inc. 4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the recordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the Engineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor, Vicon Enterprise, Inc. 5. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project upon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works Director/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
