F. Consider a Memorandum of Understanding with Peninsula Volunteer Alert Network to operate the City’s Emergency Communication Center. (Mohammad) Recommendation: 1) Approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Peninsula Volunteer Alert Network (PVAN) to operate the City’s Emergency Communication Center (ECC); and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to sign the MOU in a form approved by the City Attorney.
