5) CONSIDERATION OF 2026-27 OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) GRANT It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1. Accept 2026-27 grant number PT27175 from the State Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), and authorize the City Manager and staff designees to execute the Grant Agreement and all grant related documents, in such form as approved by the City Attorney; and 2. Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-98 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2026 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2027 (OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY GRANT) END OF CONSENT CALENDAR
