(10) 25-0661 City Attorney report and Ordinance relative to amending the Los Angeles Municipal Code to establish a base fine and late penalties for a violation of California Vehicle Code Section 22500, Subsection (n), which prohibits parking within 20 feet of the vehicle approach side of any marked or unmarked crosswalk, or within 15 feet of any crosswalk where a curb extension is present.
