6. CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN PACIFIC, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES Request the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2026-170, authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City, to execute a Consulting Agreement with HR Green Pacific, Inc. for traffic signal synchronization on three corridors with an intersection design study, along with the Comprehensive Active Transportation life safety improvements previously approved around school zones for engineering services. The total amount of the signal synchronization added work is $294,645 to be billed hourly over the course of one year.
