12. City Council: Staff recommend that the City Council approve an 26-1623 agreement for law enforcement services with Frontwave Management, Inc.; accept up to $350,000 a year for 3 years from Frontwave Management, Inc.; appropriate $350,000 a year in revenue and expenses to the Police Department; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement.
