15. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1656 approving Final Map No. T17-00006 for the Hillcrest Villas North Development project, a 6-unit condominium development located on the northeast corner of Hillcrest Place and Poplar Road; and authorize the City Clerk to record the Final Map with the San Diego County Recorder.
