16. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1649 approving Final Map No. T17-00007 for the Hillcrest Villas South Development project, a 12-unit condominium development located on the southeast corner of Acacia Avenue and Poplar Road; and authorize the City Clerk to record the Final Map with the San Diego County Recorder.
