City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the 26-1691 payment of $8,666,666 to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as partial payment for the matching funds for the San Luis Rey River (SLRR) Flood Protection Project; and appropriate funds from the General Fund assigned SLRR reserves account; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute payment upon receipt of all supporting documents.
