36. County Code, Title 6 - Salaries Ordinance Amendment Ordinance for adoption amending County Code, Title 6 - Salaries relating to the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) by, amending Tier I and Tier II Management Appraisal and Performance Plan Salary Structure Tables specific to LACERA; and changing the salaries and/or effective dates of various LACERA non-represented classes to denote class designation changes in conjunction with the Tier I and Tier II Management Appraisal and Performance Plan; and reflect a 4.5%, 4%, and 4% general salary adjustment effective January 1, 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively, for non-represented LACERA classifications applicable only to LACERA and a 4.5%, 4%, and 4% salary adjustment effective January 1, 2026, 2027, and 2028, respectively, for classifications subject to the provisions of the Management Appraisal and Performance Plan.
