Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Annual Certification Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26 Recommendation: Authorize the District Attorney, on behalf of the County, to execute a Federal Equitable Sharing Agreement and Annual Certification Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26, which enables the District Attorney’s Office to continue participation in the Federal Equitable Sharing Program and report the use of Federal Equitable Sharing funds received in FY 2025-26.
