72. Settlement of the Matter Entitled, Gwendolyn Taylor v. County of Los Angeles Los Angeles County Claims Board's recommendation: Authorize settlement of the matter entitled, Gwendolyn Taylor v. County of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 20STCV16474, in the amount of $175,000; and instruct the Auditor-Controller to draw a warrant to implement this settlement from the Internal Services Department's budget. This lawsuit alleges that an employee of the Internal Services Department was subjected to retaliation and that the Department failed to accommodate Plaintiff. (26-5208)
