89. Los Angeles Unified School District Levying of Taxes Request from the Los Angeles Unified School District (District): Adopt a resolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the principal of, and interest on, the District’s 2026 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Series A (Dedicated Unlimited Ad Valorem Property Tax Bonds) (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $5,100,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to maintain on the 2026-27 tax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of the debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the Auditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds.
