56. Ocean Lifeguard and Related Services Agreement Recommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire Protection District (District), approve and execute an agreement for services between the District and the City of Los Angeles (City) for the provision of ocean lifeguard and related services at Cabrillo Beach and Venice Beach. Authorize the Fire Chief to execute all future amendments, modifications, extensions, and augmentations relative to the agreement for services as necessary. Authorize the Fire Chief to enter into similar agreements for ocean lifeguard and related services and any modifications as necessary, with the City of Hermosa Beach, California State Parks, and the City of El Segundo.
