15. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1566 Amendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Dokken Engineering (“Dokken”), in the amount of $95,475 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,126,703, for additional engineering design services for the Cleveland Storm Drain Upgrade Project (“Cleveland Storm Drain”); and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
