5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council accept and 26-1588 appropriate $50,000 in grant funds from the County of San Diego Neighborhood Reinvestment Program (NRP) for the Fire Department equipment; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all related grant documents.
