(10) 25-1083-S2 Motion (Yaroslavsky - Blumenfield, et al.) relative to: 1) directing the Department of City Planning (DCP) to develop and present to the Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee, a package of technical amendments to streamline development projects presented under Senate Bill (SB) 79, the amendments shall be designed to establish regulatory certainty and accelerate project approvals from the program's inception, and to align with and incorporate the City’s Missing Middle LA; and 2) directing the DCP, in coordination with the Department of Building and Safety (DBS) and any other relevant city departments, to report to the PLUM Committee with a comprehensive strategy to accompany the implementation; and related matters.
