(17) 26-0278 MOTION (PARK - HERNANDEZ) relative to funding for the implementation of emergency repairs in the Pacific Palisades prior to forecasted El Nino rainfall, including removal of the remaining portion of a concrete staircase near 17570 Posetano Road. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $596,000 from SB1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Special Fund No. 59V/50, Account No. 50CZEQ and $13,944.95 from SB1 Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Special Fund No. 59V/50, Account No. 50CZET to Capital Improvement Expenditure Program Fund No. 100/54, new account “Pacific Palisades El Nino Emergency Repairs” for the implementation of emergency repairs in the Pacific Palisades prior to forecasted El Nino rainfall, including removal of the remaining portion of concrete staircase near 17570 Posetano Road. 2. AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering and City Administrative Officer to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections/ clarifications/ changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
