(29) 26-1364 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Genice Marie Horta v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 22STCV30091 (This matter arises from a dog bite incident on September 23, 2020, at the East Valley Animal Shelter.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Closed Session on October 6, 2026.)
