(28) 26-1363 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Tadesse Teferi, et al. v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV09526 (This matter arises from an October 6, 2019 incident involving a pedestrian fall near Mountcrest Avenue in the Hollywood Hills.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Closed Session on October 6, 2026.)
