(22) 26-1217 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the cases entitled International Lease Finance Corporation v. City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles Superior Court Case Nos. 23STCP00055 and 23STCV30938. (This matter arises from a business tax payment.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 6, 2026.)
