(4) 26-1265 ARTS, PARKS, AND CITY FACILITIES COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a personal services contract (Contract) between the Information Technology Agency (ITA) and CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. for the continued provision of services and support for the Financial Management System. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the General Manager, ITA, to execute a Contract with CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. to continue providing services for the Financial Management System with a total expenditure authority up to $78,192,332 and a five-year term effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with a five-year option to extend, subject to approval of the City Attorney as to form. Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Administrative Officer (CAO) reports that funding is provided in the 2026-27 Budget within ITA’s Contractual Services account line item for Financial Management System managed application support. There is no additional impact to the General Fund. Financial Policies Statement: The CAO reports that the recommendation of the report is in compliance with the City’s Financial Policies as contract expenditures are limited to the appropriation of funds made by the City for this purpose.
