(27) 26-1362 The City Council may recess to Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1), to confer with its legal counsel relative to the case entitled Anthony Bohanerges Asencio Castellon v. City of Los Angeles, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 24CMCV00502. (This matter arises from a vehicle versus vehicle collision that occurred on October 17, 2023, at the intersection of Central Avenue and 120th Street.) (The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter in Open Session on October 6, 2026.)
