Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the final map of Parcel Map L.A. No. 2025-3923, located at 3760 North Dover Street, easterly of Boyce Avenue and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. Owner: Margaret P. Goddard; Surveyor: Frank J. Sobecki Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $16,500 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
