No. 2024-1839, located at 13510 West Kittridge Street, westerly of Greenbush Avenue and accompanying Subdivision Improvement Agreement and Contract with security documents. Owner: David Papoyan and Mariam Manukyan; Surveyor: Mohamad A. Molai Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
