21. RECEIVE THE ANNUAL STATUS REPORT ON FIVE (5) ACTIVE MILLS ACT CONTRACTS, ACCEPT THE UPDATED 10-YEAR WORK PLANS, AND CONTINUE RENEWAL OF THE CONTRACTS Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Receive and file the report; 2. Accept the updated 10-year work plans for the four contracts in Group 3 and continue renewal of those contracts; 3. Accept the new 10-year work plan and approve and renew the contract for 851 Lyndon Street in the form approved by the City Attorney. PUBLIC HEARING
