12. CONSIDERATION TO ACCEPT PROJECT COMPLETION AND AUTHORIZE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE LIBRARY NORTHEAST RAMP PROJECT NO. 5149, AND AUTHORIZE RELEASE OF RETENTION PAYMENT TO RAMCO GENERAL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,167.35 Recommendation It is recommended that the City Council: a. Accept the Library Northeast Ramp Lighting Project (Project No. 5149) as complete; and b. Authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion (NOC) (Attachment No. 1) with the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and c. Authorize release of retention payment to Ramco General Engineering Contractors, Inc. (Contractor) in the amount of $4,167.35.
