Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $876 from the Council's portion of the Heritage Month Celebration and Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 1000/56, Account No. 000832 to the General Services Fund 100/40, Account No. 001100 (Hiring Hall), for services in connection with the Council District 3's commemoration of the October 7th terror attack against Israel, including the illumination of City Hall on October 7, 2026.
