(18) 26-1120 ARTS, PARKS, AND CITY FACILITIES COMMITTEE REPORT relative to declaring the City-owned fee interest beneath Industrial Street between Central Avenue and Alameda Street as surplus property. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Jurado - Hernandez): 1. DECLARE the City-owned fee interest beneath Industrial Street between Central Avenue and Alameda Street to be surplus property in accordance with Article 7 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code. 2. DIRECT the General Services Department, with the assistance of the Bureau of Engineering and the City Attorney, to take all necessary steps to process this surplus declaration consistent with applicable City procedures. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
