10.B. Celadon Development Building Plan Check Services - City Manager authorization It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 65 with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to process building plan check services for the Celadon development. All costs associated with such professional services are reimbursed by the permittee pursuant to Agreement No. 2455-A on file with the City Clerks office. There is no fiscal impact to the City; 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the First Amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
