5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1701 Amendment 2 to the Public Works Agreement (PWA) with West Coast Arborists, Inc. (WCA), for additional Citywide tree maintenance services in the amount of $185,166, for a revised annual amount of $1,435,166; approve Amendment 3 to the Public Works Agreement with Ranch Del Oro Landscaping, Inc. (RDO), for additional Citywide landscaping maintenance services in the amount of $110,000, for a revised contract total amount of $1,600,409; authorize the City Manager to execute the Amendments upon receipt of all supporting documents; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the change order.
