(24) 26-1502 MOTION (PRICE - PARK) relative to negotiating contracts between the City and the National Football League (NFL) for providing supplemental City services for the Super Bowl Experience and related events. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) and Chief Legislative Analyst to negotiate contracts between the City and the National Football League and/or the Los Angeles Super Bowl Host Committee (collectively referred to as the Organizers) to provide supplemental City Services for the Super Bowl Experience and related events, and that the Organizers provide full reimbursement for all such services, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.20.1(c) Events at Major Sports and Entertainment Venues. 2. AUTHORIZE the use of supplemental Police law enforcement services to support the Organizers during the Super Bowl Experience and related events, with full reimbursement of Police law enforcement services, in accordance with California Government Code Section 53069.8. 3. AUTHORIZE the CAO to execute and administer the contracts between the City and Organizers for the above supplemental City services, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.
