(20) 26-1499 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - SOTO-MARTINEZ) relative to a need for a personal services contract with Granicus LLC. The term of the contract will be from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and the Contractor is to receive an amount not to exceed $41,900 for its services. Recommendation for Council action: 1. APPROVE the attached personal services contract with Granicus LLC for providing services to the Fifth Council District as set forth therein. 2. AUTHORIZE the Councilwomen of the Fifth District to execute this contract on behalf of the City, and that the City Clerk is instructed to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
