(22) 26-1501 CD 1 MOTION (HERNANDEZ - SOTO-MARTINEZ) and RESOLUTION relative to issuing and/or reissuing one or more series of bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $130,000,000 (Obligations) to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvements, renovation, furnishing and equipping of a 237-unit affordable multifamily rental housing project known as Flats on Sunset (Project), located at 1150 Sunset Boulevard in Council District 1. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: 1. CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on September 28, 2026 for the Project. 2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION approving the issuance and/or reissuance of bonds in an amount not to exceed $130,000,000 to finance and/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement, renovation, furnishing and equipping of a 237-unit multifamily rental housing project located at 1152 Sunset Boulevard in Council District 1.
