(13) 26-0600-S105 TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to converting Class 4 bikeways from plastic bollard to rigid delineators. Recommendations for Council action: 1. NOTE and FILE the June 24, 2026 Adopted Budget Recommendation. 2. INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to report to the Transportation Committee on the cost to convert Class 4 bikeways from plastic bollard to concrete or other rigid delineators. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
